Black Friday

Black Friday was yesterday.
My mom woke me up at 4am so we could go to the mall and....shop, of course.
I got dressed, and dragged myself through the hallway.
Strangely enough, I didn't bring my camera. <---That never happens.
But I ended up going to the mall again with some friends later that day.
That's when I took the 3rd the photo, a candid snapshot.

Anyway, I got a pair of jeans, and a few shirts.
It was my mom that got the most clothes, though.

Did any of you guys go black friday shopping?
Did you cop any good deals?

P.S. Kelly from North Georgia, you still need to post your e-mail address as a comment in this post, or else you will not receive your $15 iTunes giftcard. You have until tomorrow, 11:59PM PST.

Two Friends of Mine

These photos were taken on a whim, so they're not framed very well.
But I still like them.

Today I'll be going to Santa Cruz with my parents to go have dinner with some family friends.
Speaking of dinner, Happy Thanksgiving everyone! :]

So, I've chosen the winner for the caption contest, and the winner is....

Kelly from Georgia! Her caption was: "They put WHAT in the soup???"
The day after eating at that restaurant, I actually got a bad case of food poisoning. So I had to laugh at what Kelly said.

So that means you'll be getting the $15 iTunes giftcard, Kelly!
All you have to do is post your e-mail address as a comment to THIS post within the next week, and I'll do the rest.

I'm sorry to those who didn't win. :( But don't worry, bigger contest coming soon! :]

Have a great day everyone.

No school this week! :D

It's 3:11am and I'm awake.
Hooray for weekends and the start of Thanksgiving break.
So that means no school.
Which means...more photos being posted on here.

These two are just ordinary scenes.
The first one is of my friend doing....I'm not sure actually. Don't remember.
But I took it with this camera.
The second was just an ordinary scene of the parking lot area of my local mall on a very sunny day.

Nothing toooo special here, but I haven't had time to take a lot of photos, much less post them on here.
But thanks for still sticking with me everyone.
You guys can't begin to imagine how insane it is to me that 1500 people care about what I say/the photos I take.
Thanks again. :]

By the way, does anyone watch Glee? I don't really watch much TV, but this show is amazing.
And no, if you're wondering, I didn't get paid to say that. I'm serious everyone.
I love that show.
If you're really into music, you should check it out.
(Guys, don't be scared of the feminine appeal in their marketing. If you watch the show, it doesn't deal with femininity so much).

Caption Contest ~ Win a $15 iTunes Giftcard!

This is a picture I took of a couple of my friends while we were eating at a Vietnamese restaurant.
I quickly raised my camera without warning, and got this reaction out of them.

I'm giving you guys until 11:59PM PST, SUNDAY NOVEMBER 22, 2009 TO CAPTION THIS PHOTO.
That's a week.

TO ENTER, just type your caption as a comment to this post. Just text, no need to copy the photo or anything. You can post as many captions as you want.

If you make me laugh enough, I'll send you a $15 iTunes Giftcard.
Unfortunately, I can only open this contest to residents of the U.S.
BUTTTTTT, I'll be holding a larger scale contest very soon, and it will be open to people WORLDWIDE.
So stay tuned for that.

Otherwise, caption this photo! You never know, your humor might match my own. I find a lot of things to be pretty humorous.
Just try your hand at it! You've got nothing to lose. :]

P.S. This is totally unrelated but, a lot of you seem to think that I'm female. I'm actually male. What's up with that? Do I come off as a girl? How? Let me know haha.

Happy Halloween...a week later.

I apologize for the lateness.
I was without a computer for over a week because my PSU died.
So that explains the halt on e-mail and comment responses.
But I'm back to my normal grind now.

Enjoy the photos as always. :]

Taking pictures of tree bark is fun.

She's going to kill me for this one.

Riding on BART. We went to Berkeley.
Noise in the photos is because the Sony DSC-W80 sucks in low light, even at higher ISOs.

Sky blue.

The first photo is a picture of how the sky looked yesterday as I was walking home. The blue in the sky was really saturated, and the clouds were spotty and parted, as you can see. It just looked beautiful. I don't know how to explain it. If only you guys were there to see the sunset shortly afterwards...

The other two photos are of my new old camera from 1971, the Kodak Instamatic X-30. It was given to me by a friend, shown in the second photo, who said she didn't need it. Unfortunately it uses 126 film, which is no longer in production. :( So if I do find film for it, it'll probably be off of ebay, and chances are it'll be expired. Not that I have a problem with expired film or anything.
